Happy Eid Banners

I started making these banners about two weeks ago and finally finished them today.

I basically printed out the letters on MS Word in Ariel Black font in bold and then cut them out carefully. I used Elmers 3D glitter paint pens to colour them in (I picked up a box at a boot sale for £1 and wondered what an earth I would use them for).

I cut out triangles in colours matching the letters and smaller triangles in a contrasting print from cardstock. I cut out one of each and then used them as a template for the rest of the triangles.

I ended up making four of these altogether for family and friends, each with slight variations.
