My mother-in-law avoids cauliflower and potato curry because it gives her gas, so guess what was the first thing I cooked when she left? It actually turned out yum. Another thing about cauliflower and potato curry is that you can use the leftovers to make a kind of stuffed buttered bread called a paratha.
My mum used to make these for us until her asthma got so bad that the smoke from the paratha's started to set her off. My husband is also a fan, but used to have to
be content with making them himself. I decided to have a go this morning and they actually turned out quite good.
They have about a million calories, but one good thing baout them is that one is enough to stop you feeling hungry until the end of your fast.
