Harlequin Sister, my youngest sibling dropped off a few of her chicken pasties recently.
She left them in my freezer well-wrapped and told me to try them some time.
The
next time I fancied something light, I took one out to stick in the oven. I loved how carefully she had packaged them
in grease proof paper and foil:

took about 20 minutes in the oven and hubby and I had one each:

had mine with some potato salad, coleslaw and this fresh salad. They honestly tasted sooo good. It turned out to be a really enjoyable
lunch. I am going to see if she wants to
share the recipe on here, the chicken pasties would be nice to make as part of
our Ramadan preparation.
