Ramadan Giving Day 14: Nadirah's Ramadan Campaign for Yemen
I follow Nadirah on Instagram and Twitter and have a real soft spot for her, she comes across as really positive about her faith and I enjoy her sense of humour.

So when I saw her campaign on LaunchGood I was intrigued. She mentions the campaign on her Instagram:

“Assalamu alikum! Hi I’m Nadirah P., content creator and stand up comedian. You may know me from my videos. I’m very very excited to be partnering with ICNA Relief to provide Ramadan Relief to people in need. Despite being in quarantine, we all can help. Many of us are so blessed to have access to a meal for iftar alhamdulillah.”

Her LaunchGood page states:
I am reaching out with an exciting opportunity to give back this Ramadan! I would love for you to be part of my Ramadan 2020  Campaign in support of food assistance for the people of Yemen.  Recently, the first case of COVID-19 was identified in Yemen, and as the pandemic begins to spread and cases increase, we know the impact will be devastating. Only 51% of health centers are fully functional. There is limited medicine, equipment and personal protection equipment available and only two testing sites (Sana’a and Aden). Furthermore, there is already immense food and water insecurity in the country with millions of people starving due to lack of access to food.

You can find out more about the project and donate here.

O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided for you ~ Quran 2:254

Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas: “The Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) was the most generous person, and he used to become more so (generous) particularly in the month of Ramadan…more generous than the fast wind in doing good” (Bukhari).
